Excessive memory utilization by the Filr Indexing service

The following operations in Filr can cause excessive JVM memory usage by the Filr indexing service, which could potentially lead to an Out of Memory situation:

1. Zip and download of folders
2. Dynamic group lookup during LDAP Sync
3. Visiting the trash folder with thousands of deleted entries

An updated fix for this issue is available in Filr 3.3.4 Update. With the fix in place, the search queries for the operations mentioned above have been optimized to have a minimal memory footprint. Additionally, limits have been introduced for the number of fields loaded in the FieldCache to further optimize the memory footprint.
