Print jobs from Chromebooks do not print

Situation

Chromebook users report print jobs do not appear at the printer.  The users are notified the print job printed, however nothing ever prints.

Resolution

Restart the mobile print server.
1) Open a putty session to the iPrint Appliance and log in as root
2) Type: rcnovell-iprint-mobile restart

Cause

The iPrint Mobile services were stuck in a state that prevented the renderer from processing the print job.
