GroupWise 2014 R2
Situation
A single instance of a recurring appointment that includes external
recipients is dragged to a new time/date and not edited, the
external recipients receive a modification notification but their
calendars are not updated.
Resolution
This issue has been resolved in an FTF build for both GroupWise
2014 R2 and GroupWise 18. Please open a service request and
ask for the build that is appropriate for your system.

Steps to Duplicate:
1. In GroupWise create a recurring appointment with an external user.
2. External user accepts recurring appointment.
3. GroupWise user drags just one of the appointments in the series to a new time.
4. GroupWise user prompted to do a Free/Busy Search before making the change.
5. Click on No i.e. do not edit the appointment.
6. Appointment modification notification is processed by GWIA and accepted by the external mail system.
7. External user receives a modification notification but it does not update their calendar.
