Situation
How can the ChangeGuardianAgentCertificates.zip file be used to install all agents?
Can the Agent Artifacts and Certificates download be edited to use with a third party installer?
Resolution
The Change Guardian Artifacts and Certificates download can only be used on the server specified during it's creation. You must generate an artifact and certificate download for each unique server that needs to be installed upon. Any editing of the files or certificates created to make them work on other servers will render the artifacts and certificates corrupted and result in a failed installation. The certificate generated during this process is coded with encrypted information that is very specific and cannot be edited or modified in any way.
