404 error resetting password with SSPR

Environment

Self Service Password Reset
SSPR 4.2
SSPR sends email with token and link for resetting passwords.  

Situation

404 Page not found error returned when users when users click reset password link in email sent by SSPR 
If users manually copy in the token, it works fine. 

Resolution

Add /sspr to the Site URL in SSPR Configuration  Editor,  Settings ⇨ Application ⇨ Application 

Site URL was set to https://something.whatever.com

It should be  https://something.whatever.com/sspr
