Situation

Unable to collect iSeries events after upgrading Sentinel Agent Manager to 7.3 or 8.0.

Resolution

Continue to use Agent Manager 7.2 to collect data from iSeries devices and do not upgrade Agent Manager.

Cause

Agent Manager 7.3 introduced security improvements that break communication with the iSeries agent.
