Resolution
Login to the NAM admin console.
1. Navigate to (Nam Admin Console -> Access gateway -> Web Server Address -> Host Header)
2. Check if the admin has set 'Host Header' value to 'Webserver Host Name'
3. It should be set to "Forward Received Host Name" instead
4. Apply NAM configuration
See Filr documentation for reference : https://www.novell.com/documentation/filr-3/filr-inst/data/t42cqft5keg1.html#t42cqft5ktvv
Once the 'Host Header' is changed to "Forward Received Host Name" the second notification starts to generate with the correct hostname in URLs
