Host Access Management and Security Server (MSS)
Situation
Reflection ZFE users who have been idle for more than an hour may not be
able to open new sessions.
When a user logs into Reflection ZFE, a Reflection ZFE HTTP session is created and a Management and Security Server (MSS) HTTP session is created. When there is no activity between the session server and MSS for more than an hour, the MSS HTTP session expires. As a result, users cannot open new sessions until they log out of Reflection ZFE and log back in.

Resolution
To work around this issue, increase the MSS authentication timeout period to be longer than 60 minutes (the default):
- In MSS, open the Security Setup > Security tab.
- Locate the following line: Require new Reflection login after <n> minutes of inactivity on the Reflection server.
- Replace <n> with a number greater than 60. Click Save Settings.
