DATABridge Enterprise Server version 6.1 SP1

Situation

During an installation of Enterprise Server 6.1 SP1, you may see "Error 2738: Could not access VBScript run time for custom action."

Resolution

To register the VBScript engine:
  1. From the Start menu, choose All Programs > Accessories.
  2. Click Command Prompt, or right-click Command Prompt and select Run as administrator (Windows 7, Vista).
  3. Type regsvr32 vbscript.dll and press Enter.
