Environment

Open Enterprise Server 2015 (OES 2015) Linux Support Pack 1
Domain Services for Windows (DSfW)
Windows 10 with/without Creators Update
Remote Server Administration Tools (RSAT)

Situation

Group Policy Editor (GPEDIT.EXE) throws an error:

Failed to open the Group Policy Object.  You might not have the appropriate rights.
Details:  The user name or password is incorrect
