Situation
When attempting to update the Filr Desktop Application on a Windows machine, the user gets the error:
The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it.
The error occurs whether the client software is removed as part of the new client install, or through the Windows Control Panel > Programs and Features > "Uninstall or change a program" interface.
Resolution
Re-install the currently installed version of the Filr Desktop Application, then try to update the Filr Desktop Application.
Cause
Corrupt Filr Desktop Application installation. It is necessary to reinstall so that the currently installed Filr Desktop Application is not corrupt, and can be removed.
