Situation
Steps to duplicate:
- Ensure the sender and receiver are logged into Entrust
- Within the GroupWise client, right-click on any email in any folder and select to "Forward as an Attachment"
- Go to the GroupWise Client's Send Options, select the Security option and check the box next to "Encrypt for recipients"
- Proceed to send the email to a user outside the GroupWise system, for example to an Exchange user
- The recipient Exchange user will receive the email but missing the attachment
Resolution
Add the following registry key to the workstation running the Outlook client on the receiving end.
