Situation

iOS 11 devices fail to complete enrollment.  Devices remain in Pending Enrollment state.

ERROR (from services-messages.log):

[BasicInfoSyncHandler] [] [Failed to process basic info java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: ""]

Resolution

For 2017 Update 1, contact Micro Focus Customer Care, ZENworks technical support for an official FTF (field test file) to fix.

Cause

MCC is an empty string rather than null as prior versions:
