Situation

How is the GMT offset applied to LastLogon statistics in DRA?
Why is the LastLogon timestamp different across DRA servers?
Does localization apply to LastLogon timestamps in DRA?

Resolution

The “LastLogon” attribute, as collected and displayed by DRA, is a Date-Time attribute.  As such, a GMT/UTC offset is used.  The DRA server will return the UTC format and the clients will display the attribute by converting the date-time to its own local time zone.

This explains why DRA servers in different time zones will display the LastLogon value differently across the same MMS.
