Items Sent to Internet by Caching Users Fail

Messages sent via the GroupWise Client while in caching mode are never delivered and are never handed off to the Online GroupWise Mailbox.

This problem happens for all users.


The GroupWise System Preferences was set to include a Default Routing Domain in a single domain and single post office system.   After clearing the setting and recreating the caching mailbox, the problem was resolved.
