iManager header frame or view icons are missing when a user is logged into iManager with admin rights

eDirectory 8.8 for Windows

Situation

iManager Header Frame or View icons are missing when a user is logged into iManager with admin rights.
The missing icons are: Roles and Tasks, View Objects, Configure, Favorites, Preferences, Help.

Resolution

Steps to duplicate:
  1. From iManager, gave admin rights to a User1 manually from Rights role
  2. Login as User1 and see that header frame icons are missing.

In order to fix this issue, please follow the steps below:

  1. Move all the files under Novell/Tomcat/webapps/nps/WEB-INF/config to a different folder.
  2. Restart Tomcat
  3. Login as User1 and all the header frame icons should be displayed in iManager.
