eDirectory's ICE command returning an error loading shared libraries: libicui18n.so.34

Environment

eDirectory 8.8 SP8
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 Service Pack 2 (SLES 12 SP2)

Situation

The ICE utility was working fine while on 8.8 SP8 and SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 Service Pack 1. Once the server was upgraded to SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 Service Pack 2 ICE began to return this error.

Resolution

Simply run the "ldconfig" command. ICE should no longer return the error.
