Situation
When using the Filr Desktop client, if a user tries to Copy an online-only file from the Filr Merged View area (for example, C:\Users\jdoe\Filr\My Files\putty.exe) to another location on the system (for example, C:\temp\putty.exe), then the file's date-time stamp is NOT retained.
However, if the user first selects the file and click "Make available Offline", and then does the copy / paste, the date-time stamp of the original file is retained.

A fix for this issue is available in the Filr 3.2.1 Update.
