After upgrading to Analyzer 4.6, analysis profile reports fail with "compiling template file" error

Environment

NetIQ Analyzer 4.6

Situation

After installing or upgrading to Analyzer 4.6, analysis profile reports fail with the error "compiling template file, java.lang.CharSequence cannot be resolved".

Analysis and Matching profile reports fail with this error.
Connection and Flat file reports still work.

Resolution

No resolution at this time, a workaround is to continue to use Analyzer 4.5.
