Vibe Desktop client randomly stops synchronizing some files

Users saving PDF files directly into the Vibe folder (when using the Vibe Desktop client) sometimes see that the files are not synchronized back to the server and remain local to their system. Forcefully running the sync does not have any affect. However, moving the file outside the folder and back into the folder seem to work.

Note: This issue was reproducible using the HP Scan application used by the HP Scanners.


A fix for this issue is available in the Vibe 4.0.3 - Patch 1, available via the Micro Focus Patch Finder. Please download the latest Vibe Desktop client from the Micro Focus Downloads page.
