Microsoft Office Suite software such as Visio missing from Inventory Reports

• Running a device inventory report in ZENworks Control Center (ZCC)
• Microsoft Office Suite components such as Visio are missing from the report
• Suite components show as installed in Add or Remove Programs
• Suite components show in the inventory xml file on the device

The following error message is seen in the loader-messages.log when the inventory scan processes:

This issue is caused by orphaned entries in the inventory database tables.
