Situation
A customer has GroupWise 2014
They cut over to the Reload server during the disaster.
They used the Reload migration wizard to migrate the data to a new server, but had troubles getting the GroupWise agents installed on the new server.

Resolution
Novell wrote up a Knowledgebase article on how to work with this issue. The article assumes that the GroupWise data has been migrated to a new server.
