Situation
After enabling Outbound mail under Server/Scanner Management | Manage
Scanners | <scanner> (GWIA) | Scanning Configuration | Antispam |
Non-spam auto-learn | Training Sources for Ham, the outbound mail isn't
added to the Probability Engine.
Resolution
It is recommended that "Outbound mail" (under Non-spam
auto-learn) not be your only source for ham being feed into the
Probability Engine.
"Scan outbound mail" under Server/Scanner Management | Manage Scanners | <scanner> (GWIA) | Configure <scanner> settings | Mail interface settings | has to be checked.
