When installing a MTA scanner, you need to make sure you choose the correct MTA startup file. If the wrong one is selected, mail won't get scanned. To find the correct MTA startup file do the following:
When installing a MTA scanner, you need to make sure you choose the correct MTA startup file. If the wrong one is selected, mail won't get scanned. To find the correct MTA startup file do the following:
1) Open a browser to the MTA, http://serverip:7180
2) Click on 'Configuration'.
3) Under 'General Settings' you will see 'Startup File'. This is file that you need to use.
