Vertigo
Situation
When attempting to install Vertigo, this error occurs. How do I correct it? 
Resolution
This error occurs when the Novell Client is not installed. Install the Novell Client required for your version of Windows, then run the install again.
Novell Client32 v4.91 SP1 or better.
Novell Client32 2.0 or better if running Microsoft Vista, Windows 7, or Windows Server 2008.
