Situation
I need to restore a user’s address book, how can I do that?
Resolution
Items in the Address Book can be Exported/Imported individually or entire address books can be Exported/Imported. Address books include the Groupwise Address Book, Frequent Contacts, the user address book, etc. To restore those contacts from Reload, follow these steps:
1) Load the Access Mode backup that has a copy of that user’s Address Book which you need.
2) Connect to that backup POA with the Groupwise client and sign in as that user.
3) Open the Address Book.
