Situation
How can I determine the versions of the GroupWise Agents and DBCOPY installed with Reload?
Resolution
There are two simple ways to determine the versions of the GroupWise Agents and DBCOPY that you are currently running. First, you can view that information on System Overview page of the Reload administration website, as pictured below. Specifically, it is under the Software Installation Overview.
