I have loaded a backup and I am trying to log in with my Groupwise client, but I receive an error stating: âThe views for your installation are not installed correctly. Contact your system administrator.â I donât see this error when logging into my live post office. How can I correct this?
This issue can happen if youâve recently updated to Groupwise 8 and the views have not been updated on the Reload server. This is simple to fix. If you test and refresh the profile, then Reload will pull the updated views from the live server. To do this, follow the instructions here: How to Test and Refresh a Profile. Once you have finished refreshing the profile, reload the backup and try logging in again.
