When using File | Open Backup, Groupwise gives me an error stating that it cannot connect to the network resource.
The usual cause for this issue is that the Restore Area was not created or setup correctly in ConsoleOne. To check the Restore Area setup, load ConsoleOne and browse to Tools | GroupWise System Operations | Restore Area Management. If a Restore Area has not been set up, then follow the instructions in the manual to configure the Restore Area for your particular setup. If there is a Restore Area configured, then choose to Edit it. Confirm the path is to the Reload profile located on the Reload server. Confirm that the path points to the connect/restore directory for the profile.
