Error in server log: D101: User Not On Post Office

Situation

I'm seeing the following error in the server log.  What is causing this?  Do I need to be concerned? 

ESE during login :: com.gwava.authenticate.SoapAuthenticatorMethod.authenticate:61 :: EXCEPTION : com.maintainet.gweasysoap.EasySoapException: User not on post office , Code: d101, info: null

Resolution


This is not an error to worry about.  This exception is stating that a user tried to login with a bad username.  The very next line after the exception shows the username that tried to login.
