Situation
Bad Data , Code: 8e03, info: null
Resolution
This is a GroupWise engine error caused by an attachment with bad or unrecognizable data.
Running a GWCHECK will often resolve this issue. To do this, follow these steps:
1) Open ConsoleOne
2) Select Post Office and then in the Menu click on Tools--->GroupWise Utilities---->Mailbox/Library Maintenance
Note: You may only need to run a GWCHECK on one user. Just select the user instead of the Post Office and proceed from there.
3) In the drop down menu make sure that Analyze/Fix databases is selected
4) Check the boxes: Structure, Contents, Fix Problems
