Error when opening exported PDF file from Retain

A PDF file was exported from Retain. When trying to open the PDF on a Windows workstation following error occurs:


Note that this is not a Retain issue.

Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed. To download the latest version follow the link in the error message "Proceed to download page".

If you already installed Adobe Flash Player, check if both Adobe Flash Player ActiveX and the Plugin are installed.

In case one of them is missing also follow the link to the download page and download the missing Flash Player component.
