Error Accessing a Mailbox in Reveal

Situation

When trying to open a mailbox for a user getting the following error message:

There are a few things to make sure of when you see this error.

1) If this happens on only one user, make sure the account you are trying to access has not been disabled or expired.
2) Make sure you are connecting to the GW system where this user resides
3) Make sure you are logged in as admin or admin equivalent in the Novell Client

If you've gone through all of the above and are still getting this error, try recreating the Trusted Application key.  To do this click on 'Administrator' | (Re)create Trusted Application. 


Wait a few minutes before testing it again, since the Trusted Application Key may take some time to propagate throughout your GroupWise system.  You may want to restart Reveal in the meantime.
