Resolution

There is a known issue with new GWAVAMAN databases in Build 7.  Follow these steps to resolve this issue:

1) Log into GWAVA
2) Perform Master Event Duplication Check
In order to see if there is an issue in the database, Go to the Master event duplication check page.

3) Resolve
If an error exists, it needs to be repaired.

Click on the Repair button.

Click 'OK' when prompted to continue with the repair.  When the repair is complete, the Master Event Duplication Check should verify.
4) Verify
Click on 'System Management | Advanced | System Tools | Diagnostic & repair | Master event duplication check' to verify that it was resolved.

GWAVA should now be scanning all messages for SURBL events.
