Situation
Trying to license GWAVA
Resolution
1) Contact your GWAVA Sales Representative to purchase GWAVA. They will give you a Validation Key.
2) Go to http://licenses.gwava.com
3) Choose GWAVA 4 from the drop-down menu.
4) Enter your GWAVA 4 Validation Key into the appropriate field. Click Next.
5) Enter the requested information into the fields.
6) At the next screen, download the PEM file. You can download it to your workstation or to the server.
7) Once you have the PEM file, open your GWAVA Management Console.
8) Go to Server/Scanner Management --> [your server] --> Server Management --> Licensing.
9) Browse to the location of the PEM file.
10) Click Install.
Your Licensing page should now look like this (PEM file name will vary):
GWAVA does not need to be restarted after installing the license.
