Users unable to see messages in the QMS, after admin added them on the Users tab

GWAVA4 Linux and Netware

Situation

Added users in the QMS, when logged in as admin.  The users cannot see any messages when they login to the QMS now.

Resolution


1) The first thing you will want to do is verify that there are messages for that user in the QMS. 
Login to the QMS as admin and search for messages for that user. 

2) You don't need to add users, they will be added once they've logged into the QMS using their GW credentials. 
If you have added a user, make sure the 'UserID' field has the full email address, like the example below:



Make the neccesary changes and then click on 'save changes'. 
The User should be able to login and see their messages now.
