In GWAVA management | Home Pages | Quarantine Manager | Click this link to Launch the quarantine manager it is going to an old IP address. 
Resolution
The IP address for this link can be changed in GWAVA Management | server/scanner management | Server | Server Managment | Configure Server | Show advanced connectivity settings | GWAVAMAN Connection/Replication Address
