Users getting duplicate digest reports.

Users getting more then one digest report.

  This happens when users have more then one address, such as an alias or nickname.  To combine these into one digest report the user will need to login to their QMS (Quarantine Management System) using their primary email address, click on the 'Options' tab - 'addresses' tab and add all of their alias and nickname addresses in here.  The addresses added here need to authenticate to the GWIA.  If they can't authenticate to the GWIA then the Admin user can add the addresses manually.
