Remove messages from users QMS but not from the Administrators QMS

How do I set messages to remove from users Quarantine after they release it, but do not remove it from Administrators Quarantine?

You can set messages to be removed from a users QMS/QMS2, but still have them be available to the Administrator.

• Go to your QMS/QMS2 <ip_address:49285>
• Click on the "Digest" tab.
• Check the box next to "Remove message from users quarantine when released"
• Save changes.

If this option is checked with alone with not other options it will remove messages from users QMS/QMS2 but will not remove from the administrator.
