Situation
All mail being blocked
All quarantined mail shows it was blocked because of RBL
The properties of quarantined mail show RBL server "relays.ordb.org" as the RBL list server
Digests/QMS show large amounts of good mail blocked because of RBL
Resolution
The RBL server "relays.ordb.org" does not work anymore. Using that server causes messages to be flagged as RBL. To fix this, go to your RBL settings and remove it from the RBL list to resolve the issue.
