Situation
User/Admin account locked out when logging in the the Web Interface
Too many tried of the incorrect password locked the accounts
Resolution
Linux: 1. Unload the Control Center (/etc/init.d/rlcenter stop) 2. Type the following at the terminal prompt FROM WITHIN THE GNOME GUI: /opt/beginfinite/redline/bin/rlcenter -c /opt/beginfinite/redline/conf/rlcenter.conf --show 3. Once the GUI for the Control Center starts, in the menu select to "Unlock Accounts". NetWare: Contact Redline support for assistance in resetting password.
