iPrint Map Designer Error: File does not exist

After applying Patch 1 for the iPrint Appliance 3.0, accessing the map tool (https://<appliance name>/ippdocs/maptool.htm) returns the error:

Apache crashes, showing the following error in the /var/log/apache/error_log file:

This problem has been reported to the iPrint engineering team.   This document will be updated when more information is available.
