Fix scanner decompression settings being disregarded

Fix QMS custom date range not fully settable in IE

Fix for authentication crash with some qms systems

Fix qms group editing issue when address has single quote

Fix problem with GW8 GWIA sender formatting not being detected

Fix QMS user release to prevent release unless all events are allowed

Fix obscure PCR compilation problem causing some exception combinations to never compile

Fix destination address exception problem when multiple events and exceptions occur within a single message

Fix duplicate stats problem

Fix some memory leaks in SMTP interface
