Server Log Full of "401 Unauthorized" Errors and Indexer Fails to Load After Moving Retain

Retain 4

Situation

I moved my Retain 4 system to another server. Now when I search for messages, nothing happens. When I look at the RetainServer log, I see a lot of "401 Unauthorized" errors and it does not appear that the Indexer is running.

Resolution

The customer failed to copy files from .../RetainServer/WEB-INF/solrweb/WEB-INF/cfg to the new server. Once he stopped tomcat, copied those files, and started tomcat again, the Indexer began working.
