Environment
Reveal
Situation
When searching for messages in Reveal the results found are less than what is known to exist.
Resolution
This can happen if the search parameters are too narrow. Each search field after the first is treated as an “and”. For example if you were searching for an email with the Subject of 'test' the results will return all emails that have 'test' in the subject line. If you run a search for 'test' in the Subject and in the Message text, only emails that had 'test' in both fields would be displayed. To search for an email with 'test' in either field run an 'Any field' search for 'test'.
