GWAVA 4 SMTP Scanner Appliance Build 117 and above
Situation
I have set up a GWAVA 4 SMTP Scanner Appliance and have migrated my settings over to the server. The Appliance Control page is stating that it is not available for use. How do I correct that?
Resolution
This is a common occurrence when the GWAVA Appliance default configuration is overwritten by one from a normal GWAVA install. It is also simple to correct. Using an ssh program like WinSCP or PuTTY, connect to your GWAVA 4 system. Navigate to /opt/beginfinite/gwava/assets/autorun/scripts/processed/. There you will find a file called appliance.shtml. Copy that file to the scripts directory. GWAVA will then reprocess that file and the Appliance Control page should now become available for your use.
