Situation
When looking at the localmessages log, I find this error: GWAVA_Appliance [ctipd][26989]: Unable to connect to Data Center [SingleLicense] - CFCHttpClient::ReadResponse() - Content length is smaller then data How can this be corrected?
Resolution
This error occurs when a third-party content filter is scanning and modifying the messages that Gwava is sending out at the time it attempts to scan a message. Gwava will not be able to scan messages with the signature engine until this is resolved. The Gwava server will have to be exempted from the scanning by the third-party content filter. Once it is excluded from filtering, then the signature engine will be able to function properly and scan incoming mail.
