Situation
I need to start routing my mail to AVeraSYS to get scanned. What needs to be done to my MX records?
Resolution
In order for AVeraSYS to start scanning mail, your MX records need to point to our SMTP servers. The MX records should match what is on the Domains page of your AVeraSYS login. To update your MX record, follow the instructions for the company that hosts your domain.
