Situation
How do I enter a new/different license for Vertigo if I can not connect to the GroupWise system?
Resolution
If you already have your new license (.PEM) file:
https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=1414
- Browse to your GroupWise system domain directory
- Copy, move or save the "license.pem" file to the root of the domain directory.
- Restart Vertigo
