How do I enter a new/different license for Vertigo if I can not connect to the GroupWise system?

Resolution

If you already have your new license (.PEM) file:

  • Browse to your GroupWise system domain directory
  • Copy, move or save the "license.pem" file to the root of the domain directory.
  • Restart Vertigo
