"Active Flag Not Set" Notification In Autoblocker After Changing To Signature Scanning

After changing to the signature engine for spam scanning, my autoblocker log reads "Active Flag Not Set"

Because you're now on the signature engine, you no longer need the auto-feeders required with our old dictionary scanning.  Autoblocker will disable the active flag.
